WHAT PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT AND WHY WE COLLECT IT:

At Elysium we take your privacy very seriously in compliance with EU GDPR regulations.

CORPORATE CLIENTS
If you are a corporate client we hold your company name, address, registered company phone number and company email address. We also hold some employee addresses which have been provided to us with consent. This data is used purely for invoicing and for sending through booking confirmations. Employee names and email addresses may be used for providing receipts for treatments or services upon employee request. Occasionally your name and email address may be used to inform you of any up and coming promotions which may be of interest to you. If you would prefer not to receive promotional material please email your choice to opt out at samantha@elysium-therapies.co.uk

PRIVATE CLIENTS: 
If you are a private client Elysium holds your name, address, email address, phone number and personal health or medical information written by and consented to us holding. All information held by us is completely confidential between you the client and Elysium. We retain medical and personal health details disclosed by you to ensure that you are safe to receive treatments from us and to ensure we provide the best possible treatments or coaching practices for you. Your personal data is also retained for invoicing purposes and booking confirmation purposes as well as email receipts upon request.

DISC CLIENTS:
The DISC system provided by Elysium is hosted by PeopleKeys, who are based in the USA. If you have any enquiry regarding yours or your candidates DISC personal data, they should be directed to PeopleKeys for further information: compliance@peoplekeys.com.

It should be noted that PeopleKeys has taken all necessary measures to ensure their personal data processing procedures are compliant for the purposes of GDPR.

The measures Peoplekeys have taken include:

CONTACT FORMS

If you are making an enquiry via our contact form, the information held by us is your name and email address plus any information provided in your message. This message comes through to myself Samantha Lynne, as an email and is used for communication with you the client with regard to any queries your have regarding bookings with us.

COOKIES

If you leave a comment on our blog you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

Articles on our Elysium site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracing your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

WHO WE SHARE YOUR DATA WITH:

We do not share your data with any third party apart from Peoplekeys (see above). If you make a payment with us via Paypal we hold transaction details only via The Paypal Website.

HOW LONG WE RETAIN YOUR DATA:

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

All client data and health consent forms are securely held by us for 3 years.

WHAT RIGHTS YOU HAVE OVER YOUR DATA:

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported created file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service. We do not send your data to any third party unless you have asked us to in written consent.

HOW WE PROTECT YOUR DATA:

All health screening forms and any personal details including your name, address, phone number, date of birth and email address are in paper form and held in a secured box file by myself Samantha Lynne at my registered home & company address. No one but myself has access to any personal data I hold regarding health and medical issues and all disclosures are kept strictly confidential between you the client and myself. We do not store any health or medical information online or on any computer database or system.

WHAT THIRD PARTIES WE RECEIVE DATA FROM:

Elysium does not receive information from any third parties other than enquiries made through the Reiki Association. See below. And Paypal (see above)
